• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, through e-mail, and in writing
• More than one year of experience in the web hosting or IT infrastructure industries
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with web server solutions, especially LiteSpeed and Apache, a plus

 

• Interface directly with clients and maintain relationships
• Develop solutions for clients with LiteSpeed and partner products
• Perform research, when necessary, to better understand client needs and competitive solutions
