Hello,
I have litespeed awstats installed, its working fine and is protected under a realm. However, people from other realms can also access awstats, is there a way to add a user or group like in a regular context?
Thanks,
Gregor

You can create a dedicate realm for awstats under vhost->security .

Hello,
I tried a dedicated realm, but users from both realms can still access awstats even when I can only select one realm in the awstats configuration.
That is a generic issue. If I create two realms and have two private directories, all users can access both private pages unless I only permit access to a user or group on the context page. Even though each page is configured to a specific realm.
So what I am looking for is a way to add a user or a group to the awstats directory.
Thanks,
Gregor

If you share the same user/group files among multiple realms, you will have this problem.
If you use a dedicate password file with only the users that allow to access awstats in it, it will not be a problem.
