can someone please help me? this is very urgent....!
my server went down after i downgraded from 4.0.1 to 3.5.15 and looks like i can't get the server back up!
how can i fix this ? please!
Hopefully you weren't using version 4 in a production environment. You could try to copy the necessary configs ie: httpd_config.xml and any vhost xml files and templates. Then try reinstall LSWS 3 and restore the configs. No guarantees.

no worries everyone, the light-speed support have rescued us within 5 minutes of the problem, once again. you guys have no idea how lucky we are to have an actual support team like this always standing by to correct emergency issues.
this is possibly the real beauty of paid licensed servers with litespeed, regardless of the speed gains imho.
