unexpected signal=11

Our server is unstable after instal litespeed, we have following email and web server down!

At [14/Oct/2008:16:22:11 +0330], web server with pid=11277 received unexpected signal=11, a core file is created. A new instance of web server will be started automatically!

Please forward the following debug information to bug@litespeedtech.com.
Environment:

Server: LiteSpeed/3.3.19 Enterprise
OS: Linux
Release: 2.6.18-53.el5
Version: #1 SMP Mon Nov 12 02:14:55 EST 2007
Machine: x86_64

If the call stack information does not show up here, please compress and forward the core file located in /tmp/lshttpd/.

That is related to our new vmware detection code used in 3.3.19. we are working on a fix, will available soon. You can install 3.3.18 in the mean time.

I have litespeed in whm/cpanel, but i cant find update button in litespeed admin page.
But i have this on free (standard) version.
Where is issue?

Just try restarting LSWS. It only checks for updates once in a while but I know it checks shortly after startup.
