Err: Running short of concurrent connections

We are getting this error constantly.

Running short of concurrent connections.

Everything was working fine earlier. Today we upgraded to newest version 4.0b3

Also, i see very irregular data usage stats.

At times, it shows 0 kb outgoing traffic.
and then suddenly 1000 kb outgoing.

Please suggest some remedy

You can try increase "Max connections"

the maximum connections are 2000 right now
And the number of requests per second average between 50 -120.

Its 2 Core CPU license and we are running only one listener.

In version, 3.23, i was getting all data very correctly.

But, in the current version, we are getting only number of requests served
