New lsphp symlink isn't created. (v4.0rc1)

Just did a fresh install of LSWS v4.0rc1. And choosed to use a the PHP thing offered in the setup. But when I later tryed to upgrade to 5.2.9 with the Wizard, the lsphp didn't get upgraded.

Or is this something I should select in the individul VH? Now I just did a ln -s lsphp-5.2.9 -> lsphp.

Notised the file had root as owner and no write permission.

We tried it in our lab, our WHM plugin works fine, does update the symbolic link to lsphp-5.2.9 .
Does it work properly after update the symbolic link manually?

Works great the manual way. Could it have something to do with that I added 5.2.9 manually to the list?
