diff of awstats and google analytics?

i'been using awstats and it's pretty good, shows enough info.

what does analytics have that awstats lacks?

1) More detailed drill-down of your stats.

2) Faster log/stats processing.

3) Zero overhead on your existing servers.


If you are a large site pushing millions of pages, item 3 is very costly and why analytics can save a lot of resources.
