I'm using Opera version 7.54 Final, build 751 on Linux.
I'm editing contexts in the Example virtual host, and am finding that the 'Edit' button is behaving as if I had clicked 'Add', and the 'Delete' button, although it displays the 'Are you sure you want to delete this entry? ...' message, does not actually do the delete.
