I have some questions
I want to start a videoshare website and I hear that litespeed is beter then Apache , so here my questions:

wich version should I chose , regarding that I will not host other sites ?
is it easy to install some media components as :
GD Library 2 or higher
FFmpeg
Mplayer + Mencoder
Flv2tool
Libogg + Libvorbis
LAME MP3 Encode ??
and did LS work with WebMin ?

I think most of them are PHP modules, so it will take about the same amount of effort as with Apache.
LSWS has its own web admin console to manage web sites. You can use WebMin to manage other part of the system if you prefer.

so , to manage a PHP website a do not need another control panel , correct ?

and I do not understand , do I need Apache on the same time on server or not ?

No, you do not need another control panel, nor Apache.
