vps license - 500 connection limit?
 
When it says the the VPS license only allows 500 connections, I assume that means all at the same second? Which means that your VPS would have to be ridiculously busy for 500 requests to go in at the same second?

Yes, that's correct. 500 is more than enough for a VPS.
