Hardware question!
 

I am considering to upgrade my server from dual core Opteron 170 to something better.

Here are my options:
-Dual Processor Dual Core Xeon 5140 - 2.33GHz (4 cores - Woodcrest) - 2 x 4MB cache
or
-Dual Processor Quad Core Xeon 5310 - 1.60GHz (8 cores -Clovertown) - 2 x 8MB cache

So which one would benefit more for litespeed? server gonna used for Litespeed only, and maybe i would buy a 2core licence.

The Clovertown server should be a better choice.
