Rails logs generation

but how can I configure this permission or whatever I have to do to rails generate its logs ?

I am using linux server.

It is the permssion of log/ directory, nothing to change in the configuration.

Exactly who must have permission in the rails log directory ?

The user that ruby process run as.

I changed the permissions and now all users have full access to the entire directory.
But no log is generated.
