CPUs licenses
 

I have a phpbb forum with around 55 000 visitors per day.

For question, If I have 1cpu license, Does Litespeed will use only one processor and php can use the other?

Or php will can use only 1 cpu?

(I have 8 CPU cores)

Should I have 1cpus, 2cpus or 4cpus licenses?

Litespeed will only use 1 core while php can use all the available cores. If your sites are mostly dynamic then you don't need more than 1 cpu license. Whereas if it's SSL or static then more cpu core will help.
