MIME Type could not be changed in 4.0.12
Dear George,
When we upgraded to 4.0.12, custom mime type is not possible anymore All the MIME Types are default, and when i modify that it will not affect, while in the previous versions it was working properly Please take a look in it PS: We expect you to care more to avoid such problems Its really bad that an implemented feature to be missed in the next releases Thanks |
So, the mime types that were present before upgrading to 4.0.12 is lost?

How did you get a MIME type? in httpd.conf, .htaccess?

I just modify the MIME type in the LSWS admin which it maps to $SERVER_ROOT/conf/mime.properties Indeed i can modify the Content-type header using htaccess, but the default MIME types are not loading from mime.properties file Again, i double that it was working properly in the previous versions, but in 4.0.12 the mime.properties file seems to be useless |
Apache's MIME configuration file will override LiteSpeed MIME configuration for Vhosts configured via httpd.conf.
