SecFilterSelective -- Help

I need use SecFilterSelective to block 1 file name:
"shell.php" , and "bodyx.php"

How to block it ?

Please give me example , thanks.

And someone tell me example of "Scan Request Body" ? how to detect a page have string "Google" when it post or show ?
