[Solved] HTAccess Error(s)
 

Hello,
I started getting these below log in my cpanel error log. Also I received a mail from server that tailwatchd has crashed and server restarted.

What is the "Connection Timeout"

If only happens when request takes longer than "Connection Timeout" to process, check access log see what request have 408 result if you can, see if you can reproduce it by accessing it.

its 240s. But what does it have to do with accessing Htaccess?

there is nothing wrong with accessing htaccess. entries like below are fine.
the only problem is like this
usually that indicates some script (like php) takes too long to run. hence the question about the connection timeout.
