loading webite and downloading file speed is really low !

i renecetly started to have a problem, most of the users at night says that the download speed is really low, but it's ok for me, and i'm not sure what i can do about this
my second problem is that the server loading is speed is getting slower everyday, i was wondering if changing the litespeed setting to default would help, if you think it would thn does anyone know how can i do that =/

please capture screen shots when user complain again:
1)output of "top -c" in command line
2)"Real-Time Statistics" in lsws admin console->Actions->Real-Time Stats

the download speed look ok now for everyone but still some of the users says that the website loading speed is low, at night everything look same except a bit more connections but the download speed will is low as well

Server->General->PHP suEXEC Max Conn

current value looks to be 10. try increase to 20, 30 etc, then restart lsws.

i still have problem and i asked two of my users and said it's still same

tried "lilideilami.com", yes, really slow. not sure if because of bad php script etc, has it ever been fast?

please wait more time, to see if there is any overall improvement. if all other busy sites get improved, only leave one or 2 sites still slow, maybe other specific issues within the problem sites.

Yes, it used to be good on Apache, Nginx and litespeed before i reinstalled my os about a week or two ago
there is 2-3 more sites like this and the other websites are still slow but not as bad as this one
