Licence upgrading
 

I was wanderin if licences coud be upgraded to larger ones by paying the difference?

I'd ideally like to eventually a 2 core licence for a persoal project. And own, because leasing is really probitively expensive.
So is it possible to buy a smaller licence... such as the vps licence?
And then pay the difference to upgrade the licence type as needs increase in the futre... through 1 core and then eventually 2 core?
