Problem Litespeed in CPanel

After installing the LiteSpeed for Cpanel "Password Protect Directories" not work.
No problem when using Apache
LiteSpeed while using only the contents of the folder is opened and the folder is password.
For example:

www.mywebsite.com/folder ----> Password ok
www.mywebsite.com/folder/index.php ----> no Password
Please help me

Folder no problem.
Files in that folder will be opened without a password.
My problem with this topic is not resolved.

Please take a screenshot of the settings lets.

(Admin Console => Configuration => Server => General => HTAccess)
