the stranger issue is , heaviest site on server is ok , but some other have a serious problem and get down 13h per day ( connection time out )
heaviest site is ok when other site get down !!!

i attached real time state

the attached real-time stats helps.

please note "Http out", it's near 80M Bytes/sec, already reach 1G bps NIC's limit.

to solve the issue, you can add another 1G bps NIC, and accordingly add 1G bps uplink, then bond the 2 NICs. so your uplink is doubled, from 1G bps to 2G bps.

Hello
i think 1GB port , can transfer 128MB/s data , but it near 80MB/s
that is mean 38percent of 1Gbps port is free
when i take screenshot and create topic here
heaviest account have a best response time and maximum speed
but another account getting time out !

You will never reach 128MB/s throughput due to TCP overhead. Depends on traffic pattern, you could get 90-100MB/s for a few large downloads or 40-50MB/s for many small downloads. So your 80MB/s may already hit the limit or close to the limit.

But for site with timeout, double check from server itself and see if it responds when you get timeout from outside.
