403 Forbidden !
 

Hi

I'm having a very strange problem, when I try to open this url

http://srv1.expressleech.com/files/9.../Test_File.mkv

it give 403 Forbidden but when I switch to apache it work perfectly fine, any idea what the problem might be??

Here is what I found in log file

2012-12-21 14:16:21.461 INFO [92.238.30.234:50329-0#APVH_srv1.expressleech.com] Found symbolic link, or owner of symbolic link and link target does not match for path [/home/srv1expr/public_html/files/9/09hayia6kjaddm/Test_File.mkv], access denied.

Please advise

set Force Strict Ownership (http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/we...trictOwnership) to NO or make sure ownership match as the message indicates.

I tried it but no luck (the owner of the file is root)

set Follow Symbolic Link (http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/we...llowSymbolLink) to Yes. If still not working, pm your temp ssh access.
