In the web admin interface under server/security/ there's a section "CGI resource control".

Apparently these values (i.e. memory soft/hard limit) also apply to FastCGI and therefore the caption is a bit misleading. "CGI/FastCGI resource control" or two separate sections for CGI and FastCGI would be more clear for most new users in my opinion.

FastCGI application will have its own configuration.
