We have this happening also on a 4.0.17 server... but the same problem exists when we switch to Apache... so I don't think it is a LiteSpeed problem.

Been running 4.0.10, and I see 4.0.11 is now out.

Before, it was a easy couple of clicks to upgrade to the new version, with no downtime and no hassle.

We are on a DUAL QUAD now, so we currently use an 8 Core LiteSpeed Enterprise license...
