Compile PHP Feature

I have done the compile PHP from within the Litespeed console to version 5. But my phpinfo() page still shows as 4.x
Do I have todo something to get this to work after I set it up?

I have made sure all the permissions are set right for files and have tried todo this manually and through cPanel.

I get nothing in the error.log either.

The permissions are the exact same as a cPanel server running apache and the exact same as another machine running cPanel and LiteSpeed.
