Indeed, could be a rare situation but would you agree to pay for something that doesn't exist ? I also understand that API could lead to some errors but what's so damn hard to apologies and refund ?

If we have to cancel a freshly renewed license and buy a new one every time if/when the problem occurs, won't be pleasant .

How did was solved ?
Got the same error on a LVE server and couldn't make LSW start for more than 10 seconds. Litespeed stops running suddenly and nothing weird found in logs.
As a final solution...
