I heard that Apache 2.2 version with some changes in httpd.conf gives best performance, almost same as LiteSpeed

But he can make downtime if whm plugin is there.



I didnt do that. Actually I am not bothering about this plugin...

He cant do rm -rf
and thus he cant make the server offline.( other than shutdown which is not possible thru cPanel/whm)

He can only change some cpanel...
