It seems we may have a new issue along these lines but I am not sure.

Our forum software was just upgraded and now ALL of the ajax on the forum is not working. The problem appears the same...

By the way....Server load jumped significantly (double) when I tried to save that form again. And it appears that it's not the lsws php process but the lsws httpd process that maxes out:

Hmm,
That does not exist in my php.ini file /etc/php.ini Though I know we are using it because it's installed and the cache files are created on disc.
