It seems that the include statement for types.h is _below_ tcp.h. After moving it before it compiles fine.

I just noticed that my self-compiled php 4.3.7 + mmturck-cache 2.4.6 doesn't seem to be very reliable...I get quite regulare php core dumps which completely disappeared after disabling mmturck-cache....
