Upgrade to 4.0.10. 408 Request Time-out. 503 Service Unavailable

I tried to auto-upgrade 4.0.9 to 4.0.10 4.0.10.
But I get errors. It is 408 Request Time-out or 503 Service Unavailable.

I go to admin console and click "Upgrade" link. Than I wait for long...

Download auto-update problem

Hello!

I tried to upgrade to 4.0.1, but got error.

htaccess problem

Hello.

I have a problem with .htaccess files. It seems to LiteSpeed ignore any commands in it.

There are two web-servers: Apache/1.3 and LiteSpeed 4.0.
