LiteSpeed Seg Faults after FreeBSD 8.1 UPGRADE

After upgrading FreeBSD 8.0 to 8.1, LiteSpeed no longer starts. It seg faults on startup.

FreeBSD 8.1-STABLE amd64 (64-bit)
LiteSpeed 4.0.16 Enterprise, 2 CPU

Core dump file location Emailed.

How do I get CGI/Perl to execute without a 503 error, outside of a cgi-bin/ directory using Apache configs? I have a script alias defined for /cgi-bin/ but that never stopped it from running anywhere...
