The processes would get killed but they kept coming back when litespeed started. Changing my setting for max keep alive requests from 1000 to 10000 seems to have resolved the problem...

They either both or neither have php suexec..... PHP works fine mostly... it's one account that it doesn't work on at all and with PHP sessions it's getting "permission denied" when trying to access...
