ruby railsrunner at 99% of CPU continuously

Hi, just updated the LSWS to latest and got 1.11 going for the ruby-lsapi but now I see that one railsrunner.rb stays all the time with a NICE value of 3 and takes up 99% cpu.

is this normal? thx...
