I host with a company that uses litespeed and I've noticed that my own localhost IP address is being throttled by litespeed's anti-ddos measures.

CURL connections come back with this...

I think this may have something to do with litespeed's anti-ddos measures. I'm experiencing something similar right now with CURL and file_get_contents connections.
