We're using Litespeed with CloudLinux and are seeing the process lshttpd owned by 'nobody' using 100% CPU constantly.

I've managed to resolve the issue by removing CloudLinux. Apparently this is fixed with 4.1 but I'll wait for it to become stable before booting back...

I don't quite get it either - I never had a problem building PHP without switching to Apache before.
Installed and tested and it seems to work perfectly, no longer an issue :)
It also affects 4.0.11,12 and 13 so it's not just a .14 thing.
