If you leave the docroot blank in a vhost the vhost obviously does not start. The webadmin then shows 'Requires Restart' besides the vhost in the summary, even though restarting will of course not fix this error. 'Error' would be more appropriate in this case. Seen in LiteSpeed/4.0.12...

I request an option to have the server graceful auto-restart when changes are made through the webadmin instead of just the notice that it should be done at the top.
