then run it wherever you installed lsws! it simply meant to run the bin/lshttpd -V command in the root directory of your lsws install. the default installation is in /opt/lsws ... you should be able to derive the needed command for your environment.

maybe your counting of online users is just wrong? how do you store the online-user data that it depends on the server not restarting?

every litespeed webserver installs this admin control panel. are you sure that you are using litespeed webserver? if not, then you are in the wrong forum.

what does --enable-module=rewrite for php? looks like an apache directive to me.

no there isn't. but you can usually run the 32bit version on x64 too if you install some compatibility libs.

that simply means that there is a lot of php processing done aka lots of php-pages accessed. no problem with that in my opinion.
