LiteSpeed Web Server 4.0.12 has been released

This is a minor bug fixes and security enhancement release.
Since we still get some bug reports for 4.0.11, so all the small things got addressed. OpenSSL has been updated to address a security advisory TLS man-in-the-middle renegotiation attack. Web admin console now will display clearly if the feature is not supported. For e.g., cache related features are only available for multiple-cpu license.

This should be the last release for the 4.0 series, then we'll fully concentrate on new features in 4.1.

AutoUpdate will be activated a little bit later, if we do not receive serious bug report about this release.

Upgrade to this release is highly recommended.
