manually upgrade:

download lsws...4.0.19..tar.gz
tar zxvf lsws...4.0.19..tar.gz
cd lsws-4.0.19
./install.sh

install to same directory of past installations. select U(upgrade)
in cPanel, it's /usr/local/lsws
