ls -la /tmp/lshttpd/.rtreport*
-rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 2293 May 2 22:42 /tmp/lshttpd/.rtreport
-rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 2459 May 2 22:42 /tmp/lshttpd/.rtreport.2
Check this out : in 3 minutes it get 10574 requests but show zero on requsts table
