If we have to cancel a freshly renewed license and buy a new one every time if/when the problem occurs, won't be pleasant .
Overall, your support is is much closer to what customer support really means, this one being the reason why not switching to other product and still sticking with LWS.
That reseller should be disqualified for selling LiteSpeed licenses as long as the system doesn't work as it should and does not have the ability to offer proper support.
