FFMPEG not working after switch to litespeed

hello i am getting various error after i switched to litespeed what should i do ? my main sites are video sites please let me know process

i get :-

503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

when ever i run cron command to convert

How long does it take to complete?
There are various timeout parameters you need to adjust
"Initial request timeout" for lsphp5

If it takes more than 5 minutes to process, you may need to add environment variable
"LSAPI_MAX_PROCESS_TIME=xxx"

If FFMPEG uses a lot of memory, increase "Memory soft/hard limit"

You should check the /usr/local/apache/conf/error_log and stderr.log for related error messages.

It is better to call the php script directly from cron job instead of going through the web server.

it doesn't seems to issue of time out since as soon as i run command error shows up as server busy i have tried some re converting already converted while i was with Apache they do well convert again only new videos do not convert any idea ? conversion process doesn't even start immediately 503 error

increase "Memory soft/hard limit" as suggested.

presently i edited / increased memory limits to :-

Memory Soft Limit (bytes) 900M
Memory Hard Limit (bytes) 1000M


still as soon i start conversion of wmv file it pops server busy error
