PHP Compile/Install How-Tos from LiteSpeed Wiki:
  1. PHP 4/5 with LSAPI
  2. Opcode Cache: APC 3.0.11+
  3. suEXEC
  4. chroot
  5. PHP+LSAPI Ubuntu debian style Package
