License error

Hello,

I receive an error when trying to install litespeed. Could you please helpe me? I checked with my reseller and license is ok. I guess is a server / configuration issue.
Please see bellow:
root@server [/usr/local/lsws]# bin/lshttpd -V
[ERROR] Failed to find your license key under - /usr/local/lsws/ or /usr/local/lsws/conf/!
root@server [/usr/local/lsws]# bin/lshttpd -r
2013-02-11 22:36:24.248 [ERROR] [LICENSE] License key operation failure: ERR LC.8: fail to process

Could you please help me?

Done. I guess you will need to login to my server. Please tell me to send login details as root. I also tried to use trial key. Also receive error when build Matching PHP Binary. If you could get my litespeed server work I appreciate. Thanks.

you need to remove the trial.key.
