Cache function

Hi, I just installed 4.0 beta 1. I don't see any help tips on any of the settings under the Cache tab.

What do I input for path under "Cache Storage Settings"? And what do you suggest to put for these values?

Cache Policy
Cache Enabled
Cache Expire Time (seconds)
No Cache Request with Query String
No Cache Request with Cookie
No Cache Response with Cookie
Ignore Request Cache-Control
Ignore Response Cache-Control

I too would like to know more how to utilize this feature.

Also would like to know what kind of impact this would have on performance.
