Trying to debug a 503 with PHP

Hey guys,

I'm trying to debug a 503 error with PHP. I'm pretty sure I have the default settings for LSWS set up and I compiled PHP using LSWS. I get nothing in stderr.log

Here's what I get in the INFO log:

Any ideas on how to debug this? Need more info?
