Default Contacting Sales is impossible

I think you guys really need to fix your sales email

Whenever I try and contact sales I get the following emaill

Quote:

Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area.

I am trying to get a quote so how am I meant to have access to the client area?

Did you email sales@litespeedtech.com, or support@litespeedtech.com instead?

My test email to sales hasn't been returned with any message.

Sorry - I stand corrected.

My email to sales@litespeedtech.com also got the same message:

'Sales' seems to be going to 'support', or to some catch all email address.

Whatever is happening, it's dumb.

I emailed sales. They seem to have replied though. But its a very silly idea :-P
