Default Apache handled content

A while ago (actually quite a while ago) we migrated from LSWS 3.x to 4.x. When we did that we never removed .shtml from the 'Apache handled content' field (and we still run Apache on an offset port). As a first step to getting rid of Apache I assume we can simply remove .shmtl from the field and then LSWS will handle the pages?
