Are you using the latest CL?
liblve.so should be in /usr/lib64

And you are using the LSWS Enterprise edition, right?

root@cp21 [/usr/lib64]# ls -al | grep liblve

I just got an idea.
Could you do
# ldconfig

and then try restarting LiteSpeed

Are you using LSWS 64bit package? 32bit package may not work. check "ldd lsws/bin/lscgid"

I am using 32bit, I can try the 64bit.

I am using 32bit, I can try the 64bit.
