Red face characters issue
hello i got a customer site moved to my server, strange issue is some of his sites content is getting replaced with strange characters, how to solve this ?

is the paged encoded in UTF-8?

site was in english language but had some symbols being replaced, any how i have moved that site to another server its working there now.

Likely is caused by PHP default locale. check phpinfo() page.
