Magento + LiteSpeed errore 503

one of our customers, using Magento for his website.As he tries to export the products, the server returns an error 503 (Internal Server Error). Checking the log, we verified this error:

Cookie len: 184, __utma=241325206.36189884.1278686773.1301493598.13 02619132.19; __utmz=241325206.1295633169.7.1.utmcsr=(direct)|ut mccn=(direct)|utmcmd=(none); adminhtml=72c5911c0e40c272d929d6da51a3a041

look likes depend on the cookie Magento too long. How can we solve the problem?

cookie with 184 byte will not cause trouble.
It is likely caused by PHP crash, please check stderr.log as well error log, see if it is a memory limit related problem.
